Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday.

Returns

Our Returns Policy

We stand behind every instrument we ship. If something isn't right, we make it right.

What You Need to Know

Our 30-day return window applies to all standard instrument orders.

  1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  2. Instruments that arrive defective or damaged due to shipping are eligible for a full replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please photograph the damage before returning.
  3. Items showing signs of use, re-sterilization, or modification are not eligible for return under our standard policy.
  4. Custom-ordered or engraved instruments are non-returnable unless they arrive defective due to a manufacturing fault.
  5. Bulk orders and institutional purchase orders are subject to a separate returns agreement. Please contact our sales team before placing bulk orders.
  6. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a Crosstex error or a manufacturing defect.
  7. All returned instruments must be cleaned and sterilized before shipment for the safety of our staff.
  8. Once a return is received and inspected, refunds or replacements are processed within 7 business days.

Process

How to Return an Item

Four simple steps from requesting a return to receiving your refund or replacement.

Contact Support

Email crosstex381@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item if applicable.

Receive Authorization

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.

Ship the Item

Sterilize, package the instrument securely, and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel. Ship to the address provided in your authorization email.

04

Refund or Replacement

Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or a replacement instrument dispatched within 7 business days.
